Ingredients: 2 oz rye whiskey 1 oz sweet vermouth 2 dashes Angostura bitters Maraschino cherry, for garnish Instructions: Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes Add rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and Angostura bitters Stir well until chilled, about 30 seconds Strain into a chilled cocktail glass Garnish with a maraschino cherry

Ingredients: 1 bottle vegan champagne or sparkling wine 2 cups raspberry lemonade 1 cup fresh raspberries 1 lemon, thinly sliced Ice cubes Mint leaves for garnish Instructions: In a large pitcher, combine the vegan champagne or sparkling wine and raspberry lemonade Add in the fresh raspberries and thinly sliced lemon Stir gently to combine Serve the punch over ice cubes in individual glasses Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving
