Slow Cooker Beef Brisket
Tender, flavorful beef brisket slow-cooked to perfection with a savory blend of spices and aromatics. This melt-in-your-mouth dish is perfect for a hearty meal any day of the week.
Ingredients:
- 3-4 pounds beef brisket
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 onion, sliced
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper
Rub the spice mixture evenly over the beef brisket
Place the sliced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker
Place the seasoned beef brisket on top of the onions
In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar
Pour the mixture over the beef brisket
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours, until the brisket is tender and easily shreds with a fork
Once cooked, remove the brisket from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing
Serve the sliced brisket with the onions and drizzle with the cooking juices
