RAW VEGAN DONUT HOLES vanilla caramel coconut Notey
These RAW VEGAN DONUT HOLES are a tasty treat that tastes great with vanilla, caramel, and coconut. You can make them easily and enjoy a healthy treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut, plus extra for coating
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Pulse the almonds in a food processor until they are very small
When you put the ground almonds and dates into the food processor, add the vanilla extract and salt
Mix it up until it turns into a sticky dough
Make little balls out of the dough that are about an inch across
Spread out the shredded coconut on each ball by rolling it in it
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put the balls on it
Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it
