Maple Bacon Popcorn

A delicious combination of sweet maple syrup and savory bacon elevate classic popcorn to a whole new level of flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups popcorn, popped
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 300F 150C

In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat

Stir in maple syrup and simmer for 2 minutes

In a large bowl, combine popcorn and bacon

Drizzle with the maple syrup mixture and toss until evenly coated

Spread popcorn mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Sprinkle with salt to taste

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until popcorn is slightly crisp

Allow to cool before serving
