Best Vegan Brownies
These vegan brownies are rich, fudgy, and absolutely delicious. Theyre made without tofu, beans, or eggs but still have the perfect texture and flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan
Mix the sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk
Mix the applesauce, oil, nondairy milk, and vanilla extract into the dry blend
Mix everything together well
The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in
When the baking pan is ready, pour the batter in and spread it out evenly
When you stick a toothpick into the middle, it should mostly come out clean with a few wet crumbs
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
Let the brownies cool all the way down before you cut them into squares
