Crispy Garlic Herb Chicken Thighs
These garlic herb chicken thighs are crispy and full of flavor. They are great for a quick and easy dinner during the week. Putting garlic and herbs together makes a tasty seasoning that goes well with the juicy chicken thighs. Also, putting them in the oven makes sure that the outside is crispy and the inside is soft.
Ingredients:
- 6 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425F 220C
In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried oregano, salt, and pepper
Rub the olive oil all over the chicken thighs, then coat them evenly with the garlic herb mixture
Place the chicken thighs skin side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy and golden brown
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving
