Farfalle with Feta, Arugula, and Pine Nuts Pasta

This Farfalle with Feta, Arugula, and Pine Nuts Pasta recipe is a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The peppery arugula, tangy feta cheese, and nutty pine nuts complement the tender farfalle pasta perfectly. Its a quick and easy dish thats sure to impress

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz farfalle pasta
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Follow the directions on the package to cook farfalle pasta until it is al dente

Toast the pine nuts in a skillet over medium-low heat for about two to three minutes, or until they turn a light golden color

Take it out of the pan and set it aside

Put olive oil in the same pan and heat it over medium-low heat

Add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until the garlic smells good

Put cooked farfalle pasta into the pan with garlic oil

Gently toss the pasta to cover it all

Take the pan off the heat

The pasta should have arugula, feta cheese, and toasted pine nuts added to it

Carefully toss to mix

Add pepper and salt to taste

Serve right away and enjoy
