MILF Hookups Hull

If you want a healthier Egg McMuffin, you can get whole wheat English muffins, lean turkey or Canadian bacon, fresh spinach, and low-fat cheese. This recipe makes a tasty breakfast that is better for you than the fast-food version because it has less fat and calories.

Ingredients:

  • 4 whole wheat English muffins
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of lean turkey or Canadian bacon
  • 4 slices of reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C

Cut the English muffins in half and toast them in the oven for five minutes, or until they are just barely crispy

Put the nonstick skillet over medium heat and spray it with cooking spray while the muffins are toasting

Be careful not to break the yolk when you crack an egg into a small bowl

Add the egg slowly to the pan and cook for about two minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolk is still runny

Add pepper and salt to taste

Do it again with the rest of the eggs

To put together the McMuffins, toast an English muffin and put a slice of turkey or Canadian bacon on the bottom half of each one

On top of the bacon or turkey, put a slice of low-fat cheddar cheese

After that, add some fresh spinach leaves on top of the cheese

Be careful when you put the egg on the spinach

The other half of the toasted English muffin should be put on top

Put aluminum foil around each McMuffin to keep them warm and help the cheese melt

Enjoy your healthy egg McMuffin copies that you made at home while theyre still hot
