Royal Mansour Wine Pairing
This Royal Mansour wine pairing will make your meal feel very special. A colorful couscous salad full of Mediterranean flavors goes well with succulent lamb chops that have been grilled. The lambs richness is balanced by the fruity and acidic Packaging Royal Mansour wine, making a perfect mix of flavors.
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle Packaging Royal Mansour wine
- 500g lamb chops
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200g couscous
- 300ml chicken broth
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 100g feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Grate garlic and mix it with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Rub it on lamb chops
Cook for three to four minutes on each side to get medium-rare
Bring chicken broth to a boil in a saucepan
Add the couscous, mix it in, cover, and take it off the heat
After 5 minutes, use a fork to fluff it up
Place cooked couscous in a large bowl
Add lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, mint, diced bell peppers, red onion, and feta cheese
Combine well
Serve lamb chops on the grill with couscous salad and a glass of Packaging Royal Mansour wine
